Tudur began sailing at age 11 with his father on a cruiser, and it wasn’t long before he started racing Optimists and Cadets. After completing a degree in Sports Science in 2005, Tudur graduated into the RYA Keelboat Squad where he began match racing with Alistair Hall in 2006.

After meeting Torvar in Perth during the 2007 Warren Jones Youth Regatta, Tudur was asked to compete with MRT in their first Grade 1, the Internationaux de France which they went on to win. He impressed the team, and earned himself a permanent position, competing in every event with them since, also taking on the roles of running the website, the finance and the team’s logistics.

Along with the team’s aim to become the match racing world champions, Tudur also wants to earn a spot in a leading America’s Cup team.
